Excellent:High wear resistant,anticorrosion,High temperature resistant,special for PC material.
Machining process:
Row material through modulating,shaping,machining and whole vacuum quenching,the hardness for the whole material can be reached to HRC 60-62° and retempering bake to HRC 50-52°,Then nitride treatment to get the hardness HRC 60-62°and the depth come to 0.7-0.8mm.

Screw diameter:Φ15mm-Φ360mmL/D=15-56

Length of screw and barrel/cylinder:8000mm

According to different material and plastic products to design different screw structure ,compress rate and L/D!
According to different material and plastic products to design different Barrel with exhaust system and IKV force load system!
